Ok so one of my lovely housies has decided to renew the lease, so instead of one person for one month, we’re looking for two people for - as long as you like!

$115/week small room. 

$125/week big room (with little room at its entrance!)

In the heart of Paddington’s Rosalie village! Ride your bike/walk everywhere! 

Close to a myriad of restaurants (I’m talking walk for 90 seconds close!) - delicious Indian (and I’m a bit of a snob when it comes to my Indian restaurants), Grilld, wonderful Asian delights, Rosalie Gourmet Market deli, overpriced Italian deli, IGA, delicious salad/breakfasts shop AND MORE!

Very close to Milton train station, Paddington Buz routes, regular local buses (at least 4 local routes!). PLUS if the council keep its promises, there will be a ferry terminal close-by one day…
